Company owner Randy Dellinger said all batches begin and end in the plant laboratory.
Dellinger helped and supported an Iredell County family’s effort to build a biodiesel facility on eight acres on their farm. He spoke on behalf of McLain Farms Inc. at the Iredell County Commission meeting earlier this month.

The McLains plan to start their plant with 8 acres and if it gets "too big" they plan to move it? Hogwash! Doesn't it make more sense to just request more land to be rezoned and enlarge what is already there? So, then the neighbors are stuck in an ever increasing industrial area! With even less hope of selling their homes at anywhere near its value as before this area was rezoned! All for the almighty dollar!
